To keep the good vibes flowing at The Antidote Salon, we kindly ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A card must be on file to make an appointment. If we don’t receive 48 hours’ notice, you’ll be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full service price will apply.
We appreciate your understanding of our policy, which helps us respect the time of our talented artists and other clients waiting for appointments.
For your convenience, all cancellations must be made through our online booking system or in response to your text confirmation. Please avoid voicemail or Instagram messages, as they won’t be accepted.
**If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure you get the best service possible.
We love what we do at The Antidote Salon, and while we can’t offer refunds on services or retail purchases (no exceptions, sorry!), we’re here to help you feel fabulous! If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. We’d love to chat and see how we can make it right! If an adjustment is needed, we’ll schedule it with the same stylist who worked on you.
For our clients purchasing hair care products, if you are not completely satisfied, you can exchange them within 30 days for an item of equal value.
